Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders using provided equipment (tape guns, labelers, scanners)
- Inspect and prepare packaging materials for optimal product protection
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) with proper training
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive footwear
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- No personal equipment required - all tools provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
