Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, tape dispensers, and labeling machines
- Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition
- Maintain organized and clean workstation following 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check
