Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and label printers
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and update warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
