Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and secure products for shipment according to company standards
- Scan and verify order details using warehouse management systems
- Apply proper labels and documentation to outgoing packages
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., tape guns, scales) safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning systems
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
