Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any issues with machinery or shelving to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
