Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and speed for daily dispatch
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage systems with proper labeling and rotation protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report equipment issues immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills and ability to read shipping manifests
