Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory levels in designated storage areas
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and pallet jacks
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Document inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
