Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with zero tolerance for errors
- Inspect products for damage and quality before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Document inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
