Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory counts
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (forklift operation)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
