Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid New Jersey driver's license a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
