Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory
- Inspect and organize products in compliance with food safety standards
- Document inventory using warehouse management systems
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage Industrial District
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
