Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using manual and powered equipment
- Accurately scan and sort inventory in compliance with company protocols
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct basic quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
