Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly workstations and storage areas
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners or similar technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
