Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packing equipment safely and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting tasks
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
