Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (may be required for occasional equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
