Responsibilities
- Safely pack and ship orders according to company standards and customer specifications
- Verify product quantities and accuracy of orders before finalizing shipments
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers, labelers, and automated systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
