Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently using cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order details against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize returns.
- Inspect products for quality issues, damages, or defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline the fulfillment process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
