Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, label machines, and automated conveyors
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized work area following OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for order tracking and documentation
- Inspect products for damage before packing and report issues immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS software
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
