Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate packaging machinery and safely handle fragile/heavy items
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow integration
- Process returns and damaged goods with proper documentation
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for overtime during peak seasons
