Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately and efficiently to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Verify item quantities against packing slips to minimize errors and returns.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate standard packing machinery, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and production quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
