Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and automated systems
- Inspect products for quality control and proper packaging before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Experience with RF scanners or inventory software a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
