Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory records
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
