Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by counting stock and logging data into the warehouse management system.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station, aisles, and warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and labeling.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
