Responsibilities
- Assemble and package orders using provided packing tools and materials
- Verify inventory accuracy and product quality before shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
