Responsibilities
- Assemble and package orders according to specifications using company-provided equipment
- Operate packing machinery, scanners, and labeling systems with proper training
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow safety protocols for equipment handling and warehouse operations
- Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to operate company-provided packing equipment
