Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate warehouse scanners and packing machinery with training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstation
- Process returns and damaged items according to company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with provided ergonomic equipment
- Attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to 123 Tech Park Drive, San Jose, CA
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
