Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
