Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to food safety and HACCP protocols
- Monitor warehouse temperature and equipment
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in monthly safety drills and training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in cold environment (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
