Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders using provided industrial scanners and packing materials
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packing equipment under supervision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Follow quality control protocols to ensure packaging meets client specifications
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Collaborate with shipping team to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License (required for forklift operation)
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Ability to work standing for 8-hour shifts
