Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items for orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable method of transportation.
- Background: No background check required for qualified candidates; drug screening may be conducted.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
