Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or overtime.
- Physical ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
