- Efficiently pack and ship orders according to quality standards and timelines
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including scanners, label printers, and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams for seamless workflow
- Document packing activities and inventory movements in digital systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or packing experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
