Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing before shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Retrieve inventory from storage racks and verify stock levels against pick lists.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
