Responsibilities
- Pack products securely into boxes, crates, or cartons using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Verify order accuracy against picking tickets and perform quality checks on all items.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory status.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work area, including floor cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and bending/reaching.
- Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
