Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against paperwork.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
