Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality standards are met before packaging.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping using appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners or RF guns to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
