Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before packaging.
- Operate packing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Organize stockrooms and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Honolulu facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail.
