Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight onto and off of trailers, trucks, and railcars using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and adhere to all OSHA regulations.
- Label, scan, and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
