Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Utilize inventory management systems to track order status
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
