Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal shipments according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure optimal productivity
- Collaborate with picking and shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
