Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect items for quality and completeness before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace standards
- Assist with receiving and organizing stock as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
