Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Accurately inventory and organize products using barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper training
- Willingness to work in cold environments (32°F to 0°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
