Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with warehouse equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
