Responsibilities
- Accurate Picking: Select items from shelves and pack them securely according to customer orders and shipping standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all products for defects or damage prior to packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips accurately to every package.
- Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, stackers, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
