Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety features are functional.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company material handling policies.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately scanning and logging stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred).
