Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the safe handling of goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility and efficient inventory management.
- Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
