Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inspect merchandise for quality, defects, and damages before packing.
- Label packages correctly using barcode scanners and printers.
- Prepare items for shipment and load them onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
