Responsibilities
- Pack items into boxes, cartons, or crates according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Verify and inspect products for damages or defects before packing.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, including addresses and barcodes.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
