Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
