Responsibilities
- Pack Items Securely: Accurately pack products into boxes, ensuring they are protected and ready for shipment.
- Prepare Shipping Labels: Generate and attach shipping labels to packages according to carrier guidelines.
- Inventory Accuracy: Cross-reference packing slips with inventory to ensure zero errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and packaging.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
